  • 1. Are all items one-of-a-kind?

    Yes — our collection includes vintage, pre-loved, and newly collected pieces, each unique.

  • 2. How do I arrange pickup?

    You’ll receive pickup details in your confirmation email; collection is from our studio in Rhodes, Sydney.

  • 3. Do you offer delivery?

    Pickup is preferred for most orders. Delivery quotes are available on request.

  • 4. Can I view items in person before buying?

    Yes — we can provide extra photos, videos, or details if you contact us.

  • 5. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal for online orders. For Local Pickup, cash payment is also available.

  • 6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

    All sales are final; returns are only accepted if an item has been materially misrepresented (see our Return Policy).
