1. Shipping & Pickup

Q: When can I pick up my order?

Orders are usually prepared within 2–4 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive an email once your item is ready for pickup — please collect (and pay, if cash) within 48 hours of that notification to avoid cancellation.

Q: Can I collect my order in person?

Yes — local pickup is our preferred option. Most furniture, artworks, and delicate objects are best collected in person to keep them safe. Pickup is from our Rhodes studio, Sydney, at a mutually agreed time.

Q: Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is available by quote only if pickup isn’t possible. Please contact us at info@syphomes.com before completing your order. Shipping costs are invoiced separately and are the customer’s responsibility.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Smaller or local items: usually within 7 business days after shipping is confirmed.
Larger items or those shipped farther: up to 14 business days, depending on size and distance.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver within Australia only. International shipping isn’t available at this time.
All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable Australian taxes.

2. Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal for online orders.

Q: Can I pay with cash?

Yes — cash payment is available for Local Pickup orders only (not deliveries). Please prepare the exact amount to ensure a smooth transaction.

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?

No — all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for incorrect size, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.

Q: What if the item is misrepresented?

Customers are required to inspect items immediately upon pickup or delivery. If you believe an item has been materially misrepresented, please notify us within 48 hours of collection or receipt, including clear photos.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order on arrival. If it is damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos and we’ll work with you on a fair resolution.

Q: How are refunds processed?

Refunds (if approved) are processed to your original payment method. For cash pickup orders, refunds are made via bank transfer. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process.

4. Products & Care

Q: Will the piece look exactly like the photos?

We photograph as accurately as possible, but please allow for variations in colour, patina, and texture — especially with vintage pieces.

Q: I’m particular about condition — can I see more before buying?

Yes! If you’d like additional photos or videos, please contact us before purchasing.
