Return & Refund Policy

At SYP Homes Curated Shop, our collection includes vintage, pre-loved, and newly collected items. Each piece is carefully selected and sold as is, with its own unique character and imperfections.

• All Sales Final
  All sales are final. Items cannot be returned due to incorrect dimensions, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.

• Misrepresentation
  A return may only be approved if an item has been materially misrepresented in its description. If you believe this applies, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery at info@syphomes.com, including clear photos of the item (and packaging, if applicable). Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Damages & Issues
  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transit or misrepresented. We will evaluate the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution.

• Refunds
  If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Once received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund or alternative resolution will be issued. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
