Shipping policy
At SYP Homes Curated Shop, we encourage local pickup as the preferred option.
Most of our pieces — including large furniture, oversized artworks, and delicate objects — are best collected in person. This ensures they remain safe and undamaged during transit.
Local Pickup (Preferred Option)
Customers may choose local pickup when available. Items — whether furniture, artworks, or other objects — can be collected in person at our SYP Homes studio in Rhodes, Sydney, at a mutually agreed time. In such cases, no shipping fees apply.
Orders are usually prepared within 2–4 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive an email once your item is ready for pickup. Please collect (and pay, if cash) within 48 hours of that notification to avoid cancellation.
Delivery may still be possible for selected items if pickup is not feasible. In such cases, we will provide a separate shipping quote upon request.
Payment at Pickup
For local pickup orders, customers may pay in cash upon collection.

Shipping costs are not automatically calculated at checkout and will be invoiced separately once confirmed. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
Delivery Timeframes

Smaller or locally based items: typically within 7 business days after shipping is confirmed.

Larger items or those shipped from farther locations: up to 14 business days, depending on size and distance.
We currently deliver within Australia only. Unfortunately, international shipping isn’t available at this time.
